The limit for MPU Card payments is up to a maximum of 5,000,000 Kyat per transaction.
The requirements for Visa and Mastercard are as per the requirements of the respective Card Issuer.
To become a POS Merchant, you must sign a Merchant Contract.
The MDR% charged by the Merchant will be explained by the Sale Person (MDR% such as MPU, Visa, Mastercard, WavePay are also mentioned in the contract).
The required information must be filled in the Merchant Onboarding Form.
You need to open a Yoma Flexi Everyday Account. Personal (or) Corporate will appear and the necessary documents will be requested.
When Merchant Onboarding information is done and POS is ready, training will be provided to Merchant.
The team will serve you until you are ready to use the POS as a merchant.
There is no need to pay any cost from the Merchant side for the POS machine.
MPU, Visa, Mastercard and WavePay sales will be credited to the Merchant’s Yoma Flexi Everyday Account (after deducting MDR %) on the next day (T+1) after making the sale.
Merchant can check Settlement Amount using Yoma Mobile Banking.
As merchants, the amount in the Flexi Everyday account can be withdrawn at the nearest bank branch without limit.
(Note: Settlement is only done on business working days and no settlement is done on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.)
Necessary paper rolls will be provided.
The SIM cards to be installed in the POS machine will be provided depending on the merchant’s store location.
Merchant Support Team will provide support if Merchant needs additional Product training and POS machine usage.
Merchant can check Transactions and get Settlement Report on Merchant Portal, that does not cost any charges.
